Minimum Order

$150.00 for new accounts
$75.00 for reordering

Invoicing

Invoices will be sent along with package unless otherwise requested.

Terms

COD or Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) until credit is approved.  The application must include all company information and the name and phone number of the person responsible for payment.  1.5% interest per month is charged on overdue invoices.  If the amount is placed for collection, all attorney & handling fees will be paid by the customer.  Accounts will be charged $20.00 for all returned checks.

Damaged Goods

Please open & inspect your merchandise promptly.  You must report all broken and / or damaged goods to your carrier and to Warming Glo immediately.

Return Policy

Please open & inspect your merchandise at once.  Merchandise will not be authorized for return after 10-days from shipping date.  All returns are subject to inspection before credit is given.  Be sure to pack all items carefully - items received damaged or shopworn will have the amount of credit adjusted accordingly.
